Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you can buy

  • Prepaid credits: 1 credit = ₹1 (inclusive of 18% GST), any amount from ₹50 to ₹1,00,000. One-off; they never renew.
  • Pro: ₹199 a month (inclusive of 18% GST), renewing automatically every month until you cancel.
  • Pro yearly: ₹1,999 a year (inclusive of 18% GST), renewing automatically every year until you cancel.
  • Crypto tax report: ₹499 (inclusive of 18% GST) for one financial year, a one-off payment that never renews. It is included with an active Pro or Pro yearly plan.
  • Copy-trading subscriptions to a leader, at the monthly price the leader sets
  • Crypto purchases (only when custody is live)

2. Refunds

Cancelling Pro, Pro yearly or a copy-trading subscription and getting a refund. When you cancel, you can ask for a refund for the rest of the current billing period. Every refund needs approval from our team (admin approval). The refund is:

  • the price you paid for the billing period without GST (Indian payments): the 18% GST is removed (price ÷ 1.18); a copy-trading or other payment made in US$ carries no GST, so nothing is removed,
  • multiplied by the share of the billing period that is still unused,
  • minus 5 times the AI cost of what you used in that period (AI advisor answers and other AI features),
  • minus any partial refund already paid for the same billing period.

It is never below zero. Example: a ₹1,180 period is ₹1,000 without GST. If you cancel with half the period unused, after AI use that cost us ₹10, the refund is ₹500 − ₹50 = ₹450.

Our team works out the amount when reviewing your request. It may approve less than this, but never more.

If more than half of the period's price is refunded, Pro ends immediately; otherwise Pro stays on with its remaining AI answers reduced in proportion. A refunded copy-trading subscription stops copying when the refund is approved.

Prepaid credits. Only unused credits are refunded, with admin approval, at the price you paid for them without GST (the 18% GST is removed; a pack paid in US$ through PayPal is refunded at the US$ paid, as it carries no GST). Credits you have already used are not refunded. The refunded credits are taken back from your balance, up to what that pack added; if you spent some in the meantime your balance can go below zero, and you can't spend credits until it is back at zero or above.

Crypto already purchased or withdrawn cannot be refunded by us.

Duplicate charges, or charges made after you cancelled, are refunded in full, after admin approval, if you tell us within 30 days.

Tax report: if the report can't be generated or is wrong because of our error, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund the ₹499 in full. Otherwise it is not refundable once you have downloaded it.

3. Auto-renewal and cancelling

  • Auto-renewal. Pro renews every month (Pro yearly: every year) on the same date at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Payments in India run on a Razorpay e-mandate (card, UPI AutoPay or e-NACH) under RBI rules on recurring payments; card payments through Stripe follow the same rules.
  • Notice before each charge. We email you and show an in-app notice at least 24 hours before each renewal, with the amount and date. Your bank or UPI app may send its own pre-debit notice too, and you can cancel the mandate there as well.
  • Cancel any time, in one step. In Settings → Billing, press Cancel Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro and that month's remaining AI answers stay available until the end of the month (or, on Pro yearly, the year) you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
  • A renewal you weren't notified about beforehand is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days and haven't used that month's Pro answers.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we retry a few times; if it still fails, Pro stops renewing and you keep what you already paid for.
  • Credit top-ups are one-off, so there's nothing to cancel.

4. App Store and Google Play purchases

Crypto India is not sold through the App Store or Google Play.

5. How to ask for a refund

After approval, refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal), usually within 5–10 business days (UPI and wallets are often faster). To ask, email info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com from your account email with the order or payment ID; in-app requests from Settings → Billing open once they are switched on.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
