Terms of Service

Crypto India is operated by Headkey Software Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Effective date: 9 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-09

1. Agreement

By ticking the box at sign-up (or when asked to accept updated terms) and using Crypto India, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Crypto India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law (or the law of where you live). If you use Crypto India for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. The service

Crypto India shows live crypto markets, practice (paper) trading, TDS estimates and tax reports. Real balances, deposits, withdrawals and purchases only work when a regulated custodian is connected. Until then the app is in paper mode and no real crypto or money moves for trades. Crypto India is not registered with FIU-IND as a reporting entity unless a registration number is shown in the Risk Disclosure.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you have already paid for, section 6 applies.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us at info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
  • One person per account unless a plan says otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence;
  • upload malware, try to break or overload the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service except as the law allows;
  • use AI features to create content that impersonates real people without their consent, deceives others, or is otherwise prohibited by the AI providers' usage policies;
  • give false KYC information or use someone else's identity;
  • use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other financial crime;
  • manipulate markets, referrals or copy-trading metrics;

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules (see section 11).

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

You can buy prepaid credits (1 credit = ₹1) and the Pro plan through Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. All INR prices are inclusive of 18% GST and are listed on the Pricing page, which shows the same numbers checkout charges. Trading fees, AI advisor prices and TDS estimates are also shown in the app before you confirm. AI advisor answers beyond your free and Pro answers are priced per model and can only be paid with purchased credits; welcome, referral and bonus credits can't pay for AI. If a Pro renewal payment fails, Pro stays on for up to 72 hours while the payment is retried. Crypto purchases against INR only work when custody is live.

Pro renews automatically every month (₹199) or, on Pro yearly, every year (₹1,999), both inclusive of 18% GST, until you cancel. Pro yearly includes 15 AI advisor answers every 30 days. The crypto tax report for one financial year is a one-off ₹499 (inclusive of 18% GST) and is included with an active Pro plan; it is an educational summary built from your transactions in the app and is not tax advice, so verify it with a chartered accountant before filing. We notify you at least 24 hours before each renewal charge, and you can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; Pro then stops renewing and stays active until the end of the paid month or year.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Razorpay and PayPal (as configured). Their own terms also apply to the payment.

Refunds and cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled any time. Cancellation refunds need admin approval and cover the unused share of the billing period at the price without GST (Indian payments: 18% GST removed; US$ payments carry no GST), minus 5 times the AI cost used, never below zero, less any partial refund already paid for that period. Our team works out the amount when reviewing your request. It may approve less than this, but never more. If more than half of the period's price is refunded, Pro ends immediately; otherwise Pro stays on with its remaining AI answers reduced in proportion. Unused prepaid credits are refunded with admin approval at the price without GST; used credits are not, and the refunded credits are taken back from your balance (which can go below zero; no spending until it is back at zero). Duplicate or post-cancel charges are refunded after admin approval if reported within 30 days. Crypto already purchased or withdrawn cannot be refunded by us. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law.

7. AI features

AI features include Ask Advisor, document insights and onboarding media. Document insights send files you upload to an AI provider.

  • AI output is produced automatically by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini (via Emergent) and related media providers). It may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or similar to other people's content. Check it before you rely on or publish it.
  • AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice.
  • You are responsible for how you use AI output, including making sure you have the rights to publish it.
  • To the extent we have any rights in AI output generated for you, we assign them to you, subject to these Terms and the AI providers' terms. We do not promise that AI output is protected by copyright.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run Crypto India for you (including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that are in backups awaiting deletion. You confirm you have the rights to upload Your Content.

9. Third-party services

Crypto India relies on third-party services (listed in our Privacy Policy) for things like hosting, AI, payments, email and sign-in. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but this does not limit our own obligations to you under these Terms or the law.

10. Our intellectual property

Crypto India, its software, design and brand belong to Headkey Software Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app according to these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Crypto India and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. On closure, sections 7, 8 (as to retained copies), 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

Crypto India is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that AI output will be accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, data or goodwill). Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Crypto India is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of Crypto India.

15. Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change, we will update the version and effective date and ask you to accept the new Terms the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you can delete your account and, for prepaid plans, ask for a refund of the unused period under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have (including to approach a Consumer Commission), the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may assign these Terms to a successor business; you may not assign them without our consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Crypto India.
